Shipping policy

Every item in our store is embroidered individually after you place your order.

We do not simply take products from a shelf. Instead, we begin embroidering your item especially for you after your order has been placed.

Estimated Delivery Time

Approximately 7–12 days after your order is confirmed:

  • Production and preparation for shipment: 3–6 business days

  • Delivery: 1–3 days

  • These timeframes are estimates only and do not guarantee a specific delivery date.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on production capacity, shipping conditions, national holidays, and peak periods.

Shipping Fees

Flat-rate shipping within Japan: ¥800, including tax

  • The final amount charged will be confirmed during checkout.

Shipping Method and Place of Dispatch

Place of dispatch: Our partner facility in Japan
Shipping method: Japan Post Yu-Packet, with tracking

Yu-Packet packages are delivered directly to your mailbox. You do not need to be at home or receive the package in person.

If the package does not fit in your mailbox, the delivery carrier will leave an attempted delivery notice.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

There are no customs duties or import taxes.

Our products are manufactured and shipped domestically within Japan. Because they are not imported, no customs duties or import consumption taxes apply.

You will not be required to pay any additional charges when receiving your order.

Delivery Area

We ship within Japan only. International shipping is not available.

Shipping Notification

Once your order has been shipped, we will send a tracking number to your registered email address.

We will not send any updates before shipment. Until then, we will be quietly embroidering your order.

Orders Intended as Gifts

If you are ordering a gift for a specific date, please place your order at least two weeks in advance.

Because every item is embroidered individually, we cannot speed up production at the last minute. Only orders placed early enough are likely to arrive in time.

Please allow several additional days if your order period includes a national holiday.

Delivery Address

If your delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, or if the package cannot be delivered due to an extended absence or refusal of delivery, the product will be returned to the manufacturing facility.

We may be able to resend the product; however, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.

Returned products will be disposed of after a specified holding period.

Please check your delivery address once more before placing your order.

If Your Order Does Not Arrive

If your order is lost in transit, we will make and send you a replacement at our expense.

Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Delivery Delays

Delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframe due to weather conditions, transportation disruptions, peak shipping periods, or other circumstances.
