Our products are manufactured and shipped domestically within Japan and are therefore not considered imports. -

Payment Timing

Each item is made to order after your order has been confirmed.

Returns and Exchanges
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations for Customer Convenience
Because each item is made individually after an order is placed, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons attributable to the customer. This includes ordering the wrong size, differences between the product and the customer’s expectations, and mistakes made when placing an order.
Please review the size chart on each product page carefully before placing your order.
Defective, Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Items
We will provide a replacement or refund at our expense in the following circumstances. The customer will not be responsible for shipping or other related costs:

The item arrives stained, damaged, frayed, or otherwise defective.

The product, size, or quantity delivered differs from the order.

The item is lost during delivery.
Damage or deterioration caused by wearing or washing—including fading, shrinkage, pilling, stretching, or abrasion—is not covered. Damage resulting from failure to follow the care instructions is also excluded.
The periods stated below are deadlines for contacting us and do not constitute warranty periods.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us at the email address above within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photographs clearly showing the condition of the item.
For items lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
These time limits do not restrict any statutory rights the customer may have after these periods have elapsed, including rights relating to non-conformity with the contract.
Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address
If the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, the product will be returned to the manufacturing facility.
We may be able to resend the product; however, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.
Returned products will be disposed of after a specified holding period.
Changes to or Cancellation of an Order
We may be able to accept changes or cancellations only before production begins.
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Changes and cancellations cannot be accepted once production has started.
Our Liability for Defective or Non-Conforming Products
If a delivered product does not conform to the contract in terms of type or quality, we will provide a replacement or refund.
Order Validity
An order becomes valid once the checkout process has been completed.
There is no specified application or order period.
