Each item is made to order after your purchase. If the item was in the following condition upon delivery, we will take responsibility and replace it or issue a refund at our expense:

• The product was defective, such as stained, damaged, frayed, or had loose threads.
• You received a product, size, or quantity different from what you ordered.
• The product was lost during shipping.

Please contact us within 30 days of arrival with your order number and photos showing the condition. As a general rule, you do not need to return the product. We will verify it with the photos. For items lost during shipping, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

This 30-day period is the deadline for contacting us, not a 30-day warranty. It covers defects present upon delivery and does not include changes due to subsequent use.

The following are not considered defects:

• Fading, shrinkage, pilling, stretching, or friction caused by wear or washing.
• Damage caused by handling, such as snags or tears, or by washing/drying not in accordance with care instructions (e.g., tumble drying, bleach, high-temperature ironing).
• Slight individual differences in thread overlap or texture due to each stitch being made one by one.
• Differences in color appearance from the actual product due to screen settings.

On the other hand, returns or exchanges due to customer preferences are generally not accepted.

• If the size did not fit.
• If the item was different from what you imagined.
• If you made a mistake in your order or no longer need the item.

You can view the size chart by clicking "View Size Chart" above. If you are unsure, please inquire before placing your order. There is more we can do before an order is placed than after.

If there are any issues with your address, the product will be returned to the factory. We can resend it, but the shipping cost will be your responsibility. Returned products will be disposed of after a certain period.
